I am a passionate and knowledgeable Health and Safety Professional, with broad experience and interests, but with a specific focus on Leadership and Culture,  the future work environment, Human Factors, Psychological Safety and Language and Communication.   I use a holistic approach to protect people from harm, and businesses from risk.

I am a Mental Health First Aider, ORANGE BUTTON wearer and both a FIR (Fairness, Inclusion and Respect) and a GoConstruct/STEM Ambassador.

I have a fiancee, two grandchildren, two dogs and seven chickens!
