I am a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach.

I took the Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programme at British School of Coaching (London / UK).

As an executive coach, I specialise in individual coaching with leaders, who are making senior or strategic level decisions.

My areas of expertise are self-actualization, performance, leadership development, and work-life balance of executive-level leaders.

My approach is a thought-provoking dialogue in a non-directive style.

I help business leaders, who want to accelerate success, to find out their best solutions based on their own reflections, values, priorities, and life purpose.

I inspire people to see beyond themselves.

My aim is to unlock my clients' potential and to help them to achieve tangible objectives.

As I am a founder and business owner, I do understand all the challenges the managers face in a real life.

So, I describe myself as an “Executive Coach” as I share values with leaders operating at a senior or strategic level.

I work in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
