🏢 Currently global HRBP for TotalEnergies’ Integrated Power business unit. Previously lead the manager-coach workstreams of the TotalEnergies people ambition and company project Better Together (global scope across 130 countries, 10000+ managers) and the #VisaforTotalEnergies program (30000+ employees worldwide) within the Corporate HR Talent Strategy team. Formally as Head of the Global Management Program team Alan designed, directed and facilitated the flagship leadership development and acceleration programs, and managed a team of program managers responsible for the design and global reach of management training programs (4500 trainees annually). Alan is passionate about the human aspects of organisational change, innovation, and is pleased to contribute in developing the managerial mindsets and strategic leadership competencies of TotalEnergies' managers.
⚖️ Alan trained as a lawyer, obtaining an undergraduate LLB Hons degree in Law and French from Cardiff University including a year spent studying French law in Rennes, Brittany. He then took a postgraduate diploma with electives in employment law and qualified as a barrister and was called to the Bar by the Honorable Society of Gray's Inn of Court. He is also a member of the Franco British Lawyers Association.
