Used it initially to construct a couple of learning sprints to see what the quality would be and for the most part it wasn't too bad however none of the links to the videos seemed to work. I've also used to rephrase my content into plain English or reduce the word count without losing the essence of my message

I decided to try out Chat GPT as a coach, and brought a real question around a piece of work where I’d been procrastinating. Having briefed it with what I wanted, I then thought it did a pretty good job of asking questions and giving some sound (albeit somewhat generic) feedback. It certainly didn’t match the depth and subtlety of working with a human coach, and there is no accountability which for me is one of the most valuable aspect of coaching. I started using it a few weeks ago. The initial reason was in using it to re-phrase text to make it more readable, thinking that I could potentially have my team use it for customer communications. At the moment I am using it to rephrase text, which has the added benefit of opening up my vocabulary, and breaking bad habits I have formed over the years.
